In this FUNdraising workshop, we will work the “core” of our bodies (the lower back, abdominal and pelvic muscles) in a variety of poses. Working on the core can relieve back pain, promote better breathing and improve balance and posture. Minimum of $25 contributions appreciated.

NOTE: Local students can attend in-studio as a group and use the studio props!
